With a baby and a toddler, we don’t eat out at restaurants while travelling near as much as we used to. This is mainly due to the limited time we have to be out exploring and early bedtimes. However, we do try to balance self-catering with some fun meals out. Here are some family-friendly places we enjoyed in Sedona:
Miley's Cafe: We liked this Oak Creek family restaurant so much, we went twice! The setting is casual, so it's easy to bring a baby inside. The kids menu is great with lots of Southwest/Mexican options to choose from, in addition to the standard American fare.

Outlaw Grille: This restaurant is cleverly located in the back of a strip mall on the main drag in Sedona. This is a very casual restaurant - you place your order at the counter and they deliver your food to your table. The service was very fast and the food was fresh, hot and very good. They offer inside or outside seating options and have a good kids menu with ribs, chicken fingers, cheeseburgers, etc.

Sedona Memories: A small & simple bakery/cafe in Sedona. Most of the seating is outdoors, but there are a few indoor tables. They have a simple menu with 7-8 sandwich options on your choice of bread. The portions are large and the quality is good. Call ahead with your order to get a free cookie.
Sedona Pizza Company: This wood fired pizza restaurant is found along the main strip in Sedona. It was family friendly, with high chairs and a good kids menu (pizza, pasta, etc). The food was good, the portions are generous and the service was quick. A good combination for a hungry family after a day of hiking!
A Taste of Marrakesh: This organic Middle Eastern restaurant is not really designed for families with small children (like us), but they made an effort to accommodate us. They didn't have a high chair, but the table was low enough that our two year old could sit without a booster seat. The offerings are mostly "taco" style meals - gyros, falafel tacos, etc. The service was very fast and the food was enjoyable. They didn't have a children's menu, but our daughter enjoyed the sides that we ordered - beats & corn salad and sweet potato salad. The portion sizes were a bit small, so this would make a better choice for lunch, than dinner.
