Our 2.5 year old daughter loves zoo animals – she would visit the zoo every day if she had a chance. It was a no-brainer to add the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park to our itinerary when we were looking for things to do in San Diego with a toddler and a baby. We were excited to take her to see the many animals that aren’t found in our local zoo, especially the pandas, polar bears, koalas and orangutans.

My husband is a world traveler and the one who usually plans our trips with crazy, detailed itineraries and a ton of places to stop. We are now first time parents and things have changed a lot! We have a 16 month old toddler and with that, I knew we wouldn’t be able to travel the way we did before or do all of the things that we had planned. Visiting Ottawa in Winter with a Baby

My husband and I both love to travel, but traveling with a baby for the first time and doing it in the winter was new for us. I have family living in Ottawa, Canada and we have visited several times over the years. Ottawa is beautiful, has a small town feel, great food and the downtown core is easy to get around in! There are so many things to do in Ottawa in the winter, as we learned while traveling with our baby.
